Iirc there are 3 different 5200+, Winsor, Brisbane, & BE. The highest I saw of the 3 was 4.145. Which did you see @ 4.5?

There's the K8 Athlon X 2 64 5200+ which are the Brisbane and Windsor.
Then there is the K10 Athlon X 2 5200 which are also able to be unlocked to a Phenom FX 5200. The K10 is the one I saw 4.5 Ghz.
