Hey all, so I had to dissemble my computer, thinking i was able to go exchange my motherboard since it had a bent usb3 pin, ended up i couldn't because of some stuff even though i had warranty, but anyways, reassembled it back and now windows 7 only sees that it has 4GB when I actually have 8GB. CPUZ and BIOS sees it has 8gb total but windows doesn't?

1. Try re-seating the RAM

2. You said you disassembled the computer - did you remove the CPU? If so, look closely at the pins to see if any look out of alignment.

Done both of them. Found out its running single channel only ._. Also down locked CPU itself to 3.2 from native 3.4. Sigh... I think it's just really the motherboard that's messing up, one thing after another
