Overclocking my I7 920

Hi there.
I am wanting to overclock my I7 920 to 4.0ghz but i'm unsure if my EVGA superclock will cool it sufficiently or will i need to get a little water cooling unit?

Depends on the chip, but most 920's will do 4.0-4.2 on solid air coolers.
