I have 16GB of DDR3 Corsair Vengeance memory(# CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10) with 10-10-10-27 timings on 1.5v. It's also been put on 1T automatically by the mobo despite I think 2T being the default. Should I bother overclocking? I've got plenty of time, so I'm really just curious as to whether there's any real gain to be had, however unnoticeable. Thanks.

You won't see any special difference but you can try 1600 9-9-9-24 1N up to 1.60V or higher clock ( depends from board ) like 1866 10-11-10 or 11-11-11 1.50-1.60V.
