Overclocking + unlocking Athlon 445 issues, high temps

Thank you for suggesting the ASUS i think i will go for that one and will also upgrade other components, thank you all for your answers.

Beware though that a lot of the later AM3+ boards no longer offered core unlocking in the bioses/UEFI. I think that was pretty much an AM2+/AM3 phenomenon.
