Greetings people,

In an effort to produce a comprehensive collection of performance graphs for the Asus P4T-E with various P4 Northwoods, I am hoping you may be able to help. Given the work I have done with my own 1.8A cpu, I would like to complete a model of Sandra CPU, FPU, and MEM performance measurements for the other chips. So, if you have such information and wish to share it with me, please post you Sandra results iin this thread. Thanks.

OK here is what I'm running till Tuesday. 1.6a @ 1.5 core voltage, 140 fsb, 3x ram, turbo enabled.

thanks

Nuttz,

Thank you for the data.
I will be putting all the information into a comprehensive model that describes P4 Northwood performance.

edit: 1.8a, 120FSB, 3X ram, turbo disabled.

In my tests of the 1.8A, i determined that from FSB 100 to 142 (albeit a drop from 4x to 3x RDRAM, its still faster than stock at these speeds...), it was completely linear in Sandra tests.

OK this is the 1.8a @ 2.4 with the 1.70 wire mod. I'm gonna need to do the 1.85 mod to be able to get over a fsb of 133. The Rambus is @ x3.

Hey Mike how did you do your 1.85 volt mod? Did you use wire or conductive pen? Also if possible can you post pics?

I used a double looped wire. Unfortunately, i cant take the CPU out, the wire might come loose, and i dont want to do it again. I have some screenshots of MBM5 though.

I did it. My vcore shows up @ 1.76 in MBM5. I was able to bump up to 2520.:D Its so hot today that its running warm even with water.:D

Ok in the BIOS I had 1.8-1.85 so I re did it. I'm @ 1.85 now @ 2.556. Man I wish I could push it to 150 fsb. It'll post then shut down. I'm definately happy with this setup though.:D

Yes I've been running prime95 for a couple of hours with no errors. Man this chip is so much better than the 2.0 Willamette I was running.:D I need to sell the Willamette and buy another Norty for my kids setup.:D

No I havent had any problems with it at all. I basically seen that it came out and figured I'd flash and see if anything was new. I personally cant tell if their is anything new.

OK here is my 1.8a @ 2.556 with 1.85 vcore mod. The RAM is x3 with turbo enabled.
