PCCooling S121 any good?

Hey guys, has anyone had any experience with the PCCooling S121 cooler. I could only find one review of this heatsink which has it roughly on a par with the Noctua NH-D14 cooler

Not much of a review either.

EDIT: This is the review I was talking about. Seems to be a potentially good cooler for the price.

Looks like a decent design, the review mentions that it has a "powerful" fan, which I read as "loud".

Yeah, I'm curious as these sell for $45 here in Australia. Thats less than half the price of the Noctua NH-D14 that it comes out roughly equal to in the review.....

I also like the look of the HSF, all black with a black and blue non LED fan.....
