I am thinking this for the build:
A monsta rad 480mm push/pull on bottom
A photon rez/pump combo
A XSPC Raystorm cpu block
uv blue tubing
phanteks blue led pwm fans

The blue led fan (PH-F140SP_BK_BLED) are not PWM
Only the PH-F140XP and latest PH-F140HP PWM are 4-pin PWM
