Pinnacle Ridge "Pro" CPUs?

What is the deal with the "Pro" version of the Pinnacle Ridge series. I see them listed on ASRock's website in the CPU compatibility section for a motherboard I was looking at. They just seem to be downclocked a bit from their non pro counterparts and have lower TDP. I don't even see them for sale on NewEgg nor do I see anyone else selling them in a quick google search. This is the first I have run across these Pro CPUs. AMD's website advertises them for "IT Professionals."

Okay, found this that explains the difference between the Pro and non pro versions. Security and reliability issues mainly and also locked down so no overclocking. They are only sold on an OEM basis and that makes it interesting that ASRock would list them for an aftermarket board.

This guy is obviously trying to do his best Linus imitation. Pretty weird:
