Please Help, Case/Cpu Cooling

Hello everyone, I am new here and was wanting to ask a simple question to the people that own a Corsair Vengeance C70 case (The ammo box looking one) and the Asus Sabertooth z77 motherboard. I was wanting to know will the Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler fit in the case with this motherboard allowing the side panel to completely close (Without mod) Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Generally, if you have a 120mm rear exhaust fan, a D14 will fit.

It should close fine. Assuming you don't have a fan on the side panel.
