Please help me OC!

I just got some new parts for my comp and i need your help to overclock this thing the best i can. I need help in the areas of the multiplier, ram clock timings etc. (pretend your teaching someone new to OC'ing) Also, I see people using all these different programs to test, and which would you suggest? Heres my comp specs, not sure if they make a difference in the settings or not, probably tho.

AMD 64 3200+ Socket 939 Winchester
ABIT AV8 K8T800 PRO Sock 939
2 x 512 OCZ EL PC3200 Dual Channel Rev 2
520W OCZ PowerStream
RADEON 9800 pro (softmoded to XT)

Also have my comp wc'd with a block on my cpu, chipset, gpu, and HD.

I have not used a a64 yet , but i think it goes somthing like this ( this is just stuff i rember a bit from reading use this to just help you search for more stuff)
