question about OC stability

Increase volts (you need 2 be stable!) never run your computer without being stable. Anways, up the voltage then test with prime 95 and make sure you are stable for 24 hours. I dont care what people say about 6-8 hours. You neeed 24 hours to be truly safe. Because it could still fail.

i wouldn't do that, he has it stable (20 minutes stable so far). he just needs to run it(prime) for longer and if its unstable it will crash other wise why up the voltage?

right now idle my temps are

CPU .... 45 °C (113 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #1 .... 56 °C (133 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #2 .... 55 °C (131 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #3 .... 54 °C (129 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #4 .... 50 °C (122 °F)

still high heh?

much better, did you change anything or just run core temp?
