Question about Water Cooling

That is for multi-monitor CFx configs (can't remember if this guy has them). The single monitor issue has been mitigated considerably according to reviewers and users.

No I have a single 22' LED 1080p monitor. I was messing around with the settings and found one called Frame Pacing. I kept it at off. Not sure what this is. Anyone have any info on this?
