So guys this is my problem i have a 900D and i have 3x corsair AF120L in the front of my case as intake and 1x AF140L inside my case as exhaust and im wanting to swap my fans for PWM since im going to purchase a front drive fan controller (RoG Front Base).

also im not sure if the RoG Front Base controls 3 Pin DC Fan as i know PWM control is better

the thing i am wondering is that i want Corsair Fans for the colored Rings (red) but i can only find SP120 (no 140) PWM fans and not AF120 or AF140 pwm fans so is it viable to have SP fans as intake or do i need AF fans for intake?

Reason for corsair fan purchase is not being biased or whatever but they are the only fans ive used and down to my own use of them i like them and i was going to purchase noctua fans but i can get 2x corsair fans for a tiny bit more cost for the price of one noctua fan

any help would be grateful

For case fans it really will not make much difference.
The SP fans are static pressure which is beneficial for radiators (water cooling).
They will work just fine for case fans.

Using an AF on a rad would not be as good but using a SP on a case is fine.
