I blue screen on the WE w64 test at the end of test during the CPU testing, im running at 5650 MHz ...
if my "cpu does not have enough volts during a test can this make a blue screen is my question......

In fact it likely takes quite a few volts to the cpu at 5650Mhz. BSOD during cpu testing surely can result fron Vcore undervolting or too fast for the actual safe VCore.
