SOLVED RAMPAGE IV EXTREME

Was playing with my new RAMPAGE IV EXTREME with a 3960x and I keep getting a code 40, was wondering if anyone know what this is. It will boot a 4.3 but after that if I start to crank it up some I get this code. It was really pissing me off.....

I also loaded the latest bios from ASUS .

I have heard about people getting that code due to the way Windows 8 handles the sleep mode but have not come across it any other time. code 40 is, System is waking from S4 sleep state

When do you get the code, just normal use or CPU stressed?

40 is a debug code.. so the only load should be in POST.

Yes when it post, will try again tonight maybe try different bios.
