Random Reboots ?

My PC has decided to act a lil on the weird side, It randomly reboots itself with me even beeing close to my start menu or anything remotely close to actually telling it to reboot.

How can I start to eliminate things and figure out what is causing this to happen ?

Are you overclocked?

Run an application, like prime95, which loads your CPU to see if it is heat related.

It is either heat, faulty PSU, or faulty RAM.

Run a memory diagnostic also... I like the windows memory diagnostic tool included with the ultimate boot CD.

no im not overclocked, it has yet to do it when im running games.

ill just be chatting on msn or browsing sites.

i dont have a ultimate boot cd, what program would be best to check my RAM ?
