My underclock test was with a msi k7d dual motherboard running only one cpu. The voltage options only go down to 1.1v and the board undervolts a bit resulting in 1.06v. (as the coolest mentioned)
I could'nt raise the cpu speed even to 1.5ghz with that voltage though, so I don't think it made a big diferance. Ofcourse it would have been nice to see what speed it could do with <1v!
