How long should i run Prime 95 to get a reliable temperature of my cpu underload

Under air, 5-10 minutes is plenty. Under water it depends on your reservoir size, but most systems should settle out after 20-30 minutes.

Or you could fold for Team32 and know your load temperature in an instant!
