sabertooht 990fx overclocking guide

Anyone know of a good guide to overclocking phenom or BD on an sabertooth 990fx? There are SO many options and I know I'm missing something. It's the first time I've gotten a board this high end and I don't want to get a run of the mill overclock because I missed a checkbox.

Sabertooth bios options are almost the same as CHV so you can look for answers also in CHV threads ( and there is a lot of them like on asus rog forums )
