Sandy Bridge or AMD FX Series

Once again, on the hunt for different parts. Before I say anything else, the computer in my sig, is no longer around. This would be my first "high" end Intel or AMD build. Will be used for primarily gaming. The new CoD, Diablo III, other random stuff. Found some good deals on some boards. Not really interested in OCing right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends in your budget really... AMD CPUs to me are more of a budget CPU, but also performs good also. But if your going to go high end gaming I think you should go intel instead.
