Shockwave Plug-in not working for chrome?

I'm probably overlooking something very easy, but I get this message at the top of my screen whenever I need shockwave. I've tried uninstalling it, restarting my computer, I'm thinking about reinstalling chrome. I guess any suggestions will be appreciated

Enter chrome://plugins/ into the address bar / omnibox, and check for a plug-in besides Adobe Flash Player that has flash in its name.
