heres the pcie specs for it

3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16 or x8)
3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x8)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16)
*4 x PCIe 2.0 x16 or 7 x PCIe 2.0 ( 6:mad:x8, 1:mad:x16)

so i would be able to do 4 x16 or 3 x16 and 2 x8 is what im getting from that.

if you put your cards in the top you have slots on the bottom. i would stick with the norm and go top to bottom that way you know its done right.

Also how many PCI-E cards are you going to install?

well if i go up i would get 1 more slot.... what is there to mess up?
if u mean graphics cards, im debating between tri sli and quad....

i would like to see the results for putting the cards in bottom to top. i have same board with 4 cards and its full. i dont think u can do bottom to top. the specs show you the slots thats run x16. please let us know if you can do it, it would free a slot up for me.

if you have 4 cards in it right now... and they all are 2 slot cards, moving them down wouldnt do anything......
