[Solved] Is there some sort of double sided fittings?

As I plan to replace my graphics card from my existing water cooling setup I want to "patch" the 2 water tubes together. So I'm looking for some sort of double-sided barb fittings that will allow me to connect those 2 tubings together.

Something like these fittings: https://modmymods.com/fittings/reducer-fittings.html
but instead of reducing the size, the size stays constant.
