COVID-19 (A.K.A. the corona virus) has been in the news a lot. In fact, it is the news. I don’t think that anything else is happening except the virus. Slight joking aside, follow the guidelines about the virus and above all, wash your hands.

The Linus team is still pulling strong. They are trending up at a fair pace and are in the midst of a sharp upward trend. The science is good so we think they’re great. Good job LunusTechTips. Hopefully we’re making them earn the spot when the overtake us.
We are not gaining on our friends at Hardware.no but their trend is slightly upward nearing flat. Our trend line, however, is trending down with a slight bump up which could produce a flat trend line if we keep it up.
All other teams are still below us in ppd so we’ll be able to hold the #6 spot once LTT overtakes us.

Hmmmm….. There is a lot of good news in these numbers. We have the highest number of active members that I can recall that is not a glitch. 86 active. That’s really good. However, we are # 34 for all teams with the number of active folders which is the lowest I can ever recall. The good news is that not only have we gained new folders, but so too has every other team out there. This is actually very good news. Hopefully our combined efforts to folding will produce some great science in this immediate pandemic and future studies.
I thank everyone who has joined the team and appreciate the numbers that you put forth. It should probably be noted again. The goal of folding is not to earn points and beat other teams. The points are a short hand measure for how much science is being done. While we like to earn more points and beat other teams, the science is what keeps us here. The points just make it fun.
