Taking cooler off

do I need to re-apply the cooling paste I think it's called I've forgotten but will I need to get some more if I take the cooler off?

Also once you take it off be sure to clean the surfaces with a lint free cloth and at least 91% Rubbing alcohol.

Coffee filters are awesome for that. Tough and no lint. Just about everyone has some somewhere. The alcohol % isn't that important for just the top of the IHS

Thats what I use. Have a ton of them since my wife got herself a Keurig.
