I think instead of a car seat for a chair, you should plumb a toilet in there as well. Maybe you can make a custom one that reclines so you can sleep on it too. Also there should be a slot, kind of like the book drop at the library, where your mom could slide you food and water through. Then you will NEVER have to leave it!
