Yes, it is. That's KDE 3.3 with a custom XP theme.

i think if you're refering to that little grey bar with the side arrow, i believe that's a show/hide for kde but since i don't use kde don't quote me on that.

Yep, I've been using e16, and e17 for a few weeks now. I don't use e17 very often, its not anywhere near stable yet. Fortunately, there is an unofficial arch repository where e17 is built more or less daily. If there are any arch users that want the url, i will be happy to provide. I quite like enlightenmnet, it has a very original look, and its MUCH faster than gnome and kde.

Indeed. Once and a while people here notice that. Not too often however, most people dont know of that song unless they come from the "old school" of techno and trance.
