everytime i try and make my loop i come back to check on the tubing and they are always really close to springing a leak. so i just stopped water cooliing. could it be that the way im trying to bend it iis too bent? or does this happen to everyone

A few things, if you don't mind:
1. What size and brand tubing?
2. What size and brand fittings?
3. Picture of your tubing run would help immensely.
4. Caps Lock is the equivalent of yelling online. It has the tendency to drive away those that may want to help. It also hurts my e-ears :p

Also, a little bit of history on the loop. Did you just set it up and this has been an issue since the loop came into existence? Or is it a new issue on a previously trouble-free loop?

As above more info needed.

With my 3/8 5/8 tubing and compression fittings and properly tightened, it requires a lot of force... but the tubing rips before coming loose.
