Is this worth it or is it junk?

If anybody has experience with these resellers or these memory modules please let me know. It seems to good to be true

The Twinmos sticks are the same. This is explained in your first link. For the price, I can's see how you could go wrong with it. The one on eBay so far seems to be an unknown. My guess is it'll do just as good as the Twinmos, but I wouldn't take a chance with eBay in case you wanted to RMA it.

This seems like a good deal for 512MB of PC3200.

winbond 5ns chips are great. thats what is used on many of the fastest ram sticks out there right now.

only ocz's 4.5ns chips are faster, but check the price on those
