Uhh i think my GPU block is already leaking...

Is it just me or does this look like this thermaltake block is leaking past the o ring ? See the green liquid past the o ring by the screws ? Not sure if this is a leak, or if the liquid went into the screws.. I switched fittings earlier today and a drop or two ran down the acrylic but i wiped it off. Maybe it got on the screws and leaked through the threads ? I dunno.. But that doesnt explain the far left screw it didnt drip to the far left..
