i have i celeron 766mhz which runs on a 66mhz bus, which sux. my motherboard wont let me go over 1ghz so i cant oc to 100mhz bus, unless i could adjust the cpu multiplier to keep my cpu clock in range. My motherboard has jumpered multiplier settings, but they dont effect anything. is there any hacks or settings that allow the use of the multipliers??

not at all.
the multiplier is locked inside the cpu and can't be undone.
to do so would require such tools, knowledge and money, that you'd probably be able to build your own cpu anyway.
