Not gonna make much difference if you're using a 6670. It's not really a gaming card. You need at least a 6870 to have a decent experience before you consider changing your CPU and MOBO. You will likely need another set of RAM as well as I think you're on DDR2. If you want a new mobo cpu ram I'd get a 2500K, ASRock Extreme 3 Z68 and 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3. The FX4100 is an inferior CPU to the previous 955BE in most ways so I wouldn't bother with either. Quite archaeic designs and you can get a 2500K for $180 at Microcenter. You can't beat that price/performance. None of AMD's cpus can compete any more.

I'll suggest getting an AMD A8-3950K (about $130) and an A75 motherboard (About $75), with 8 GB or DDR3-1600 RAM (About $40), and a hyper 212 EVO (About $36). The built-in HD6550D will hybrid crossfire with the 6670 to give performance close to a 6750/6770 in DirectX 10/11 games

if you're in Canada, I'd consider NCIX.com over newegg.ca

i currently have a credit/debit card so i can only use certain websites. so i am limited to amazon.ca:( let me check that out see if they have these products
update
