You can try getting the Vantec Iceberg package from Newegg.com. It should have a better heatsink for your gpu, as well as heatsinks for the memory chips.
 
Submerse it in water!

J/K!! The most common alternative for cooling a video card would be aftermarket fan/heatsinks. Then there is watercooling if you really want to push your card. Helps if you can tell us what video card you have and your setup etc...

No fans to worry about, does a great job on my Radeon 9700 Pro, just need to add BGA sinks to the memory.

Your videocard cooling is likely okay to run at stock with the cooling it has on it. Yes it might be hot but its nothing to worry about, as long as it's operating as intended. If you are overclocking consider the solutions above.
