VRM temps, TMPIN2, sensors and sockets or whatever

K so my CPU temps are fine, GPU temps are fine, DRAM, ambient, etc, etc, etc... all fine except the 1 thing on CPUID that has me worried is TMPIN2, which maxes out at about 85C after a few minutes of prime95

How bad is this and do I need to do anything about it?

It would be nice to know the model of board, but regardless... the TMPIN2 reading is erroneous, so just disregard it.
