Wacky temps - just board problem?

OK, here's the scoop (again):

I was getting load temps of 42° all last week. I shut down the PC for the weekend (out of town). Tonight, I was up to a load of 46°C. I did a restart and now I'm folding away at 42°C again...however, my water temp is up to 29°C, so that is something I'll have to look into, but room temps are at 24°C...

Well I get load temps of about the same thing on my nf7-s but my proccesor is putting out 142 watts according to the link in pauls post.

my room temp is 21c
load temps hit 42c

My theoretical load temp should be 40c that 88% thing puts me at 38c. Im thinking try getting an actual temperature probe and affixing it next to the core of your processor to get your true temps.

my water setup isnt to different from cranes and im using the same bios to top it off
