I bet your policy doesn't cover flood damage. :-/

The cost of a small claim will just cause you trouble. Seriously what's the value of the game. You spent so much on watercooling, but are willing to file a claim for a couple a few dollars. :shrug:

Lapping may or may not solve anything... But give it a go. It can't hurt if done properly.
