You may want to try Microsoft Joulemeter, however software based wattage calculators are not usually very accurate.
 
probably best thing to do would be to get a killawatt they are pretty cheap.
 
Yes, well I only need it for a couple days and I am not that interested in accuracy. Just a rough estimate is good enough.

Check the articles about real-life power consumption at SilentPCreview and XbitLabs, and adjust for any graphics cards that take more power than the ones in the tests. The power needs of graphics cards aren't hard to find.
