Im getting a new i5 750 tomorrow with a Asus P7P55D and 4gig or ram.
I know every chip is diffrent but what do you think i can expect in terms of an overclock, im on a cpu only water loop with an ek supreme block.

well im doing 3.8ghz on air with a i7 860 so with a i5 750 and water. 4-4.2ghz, really depends on the speed of the ram though.
 
They're okay, they'll let you get to at least 4.2GHz (200x21, 9-9-9-24) which is getting near the limit of most i5s I've seen. Maybe a bit beyond that, though it's impossible to know for sure. Most likely on water, that memory is going to limit how far you can go and you'd have to loosen your timings to get much past 200 bclk, which will hurt system performance a bit.
