What coolant to use in a system with a UV sterilizer?

Title almost says it all...

Loop consists of the following materials (that I know of):

Copper
Acrylics
Acetal (POM)
Brass
Std. O-rings
Nickel Plated Copper
And MAYBE some stainless steel inside the pump (EKWB) - Not sure about that one

I need something that doesn't degrade when exposed to UV-light and I need something that doesn't corrode the above mentioned materials.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Distilled water would be my suggestion, as long as there isn't any aluminum in it you should be good.
