Firefox...it's simple, and it doesn't use as much resources as IE...however, since I use hotmail, and my wife works at home through West work at home agent, I have to use IE for those pages...not necessarily for hotmail, but if I want it to work properly (some controls that are IE specific, I guess?), then I have to use IE for it. Oh also to mention, you can tweak Firefox settings for a better connection; you can also add useful extensions.
I run the Fox and have converted many friends by simply putting it on their computers. They question it at first, but never look back. I am stuck with IE right now though as I am staying with my parents for a few weeks, and they fear change.
