The UD3 Rev. 4.0 is a mediocre board. I have one and it throttles my 4300 when I stress test it at 5 GHz. I do the same thing with my Sabertooth Gen1 and R2, my CH5FZ or GD80 and I get no throttling due to overheating vrm's. I would hate to think of putting a 9370 or 9590 in it even at stock. I also would getting better cooling for that cpu.
