What motherboard should I chose for a Phenom 940 x4, I am looking into overclocking this from 3GHz stock to 3.5-8 hopefully with ease.

This is my first build so I want some recommendations. Also, a build in soundcard would be preferred and I don't mind about the graphics card as I have already selected one. About RAM, DDR2 is fine and upto 8 or 16 GB would be fine, with the hope of installing Windows 7 RC as the main OS Also i have a budget of up to $130 for the motherboard. But I am hoping for a board that supports RAID.

What looks good is:
ASUS M4A78, but I don't know about the overclocking capabilities for this board. So any info on that would be good. Also,
GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3

Thanks,

David
