I am looking for a new vid card for my pc. I want to spend 200-250 and will spend a couple more $'s if it's worth it. I am looking at 9800gx2 at newegg for $220. Would a gtx260 or a 4870 be better? I play Call of duty, WoW, Crysis, and most importantly will want to play Diablo3 when it comes out.
Screen res is 1680 x 1050. Thanks

I'd probably pick up a 4870 or a GTX260 if you can find one near 250$.

Edit: Since you're willing to spend a little more, get a GTX260 or a 4870 for sure (go for the cheaper deal!)

I play at 1680x1050 and this 4870 is killing my games so far.

If you play WoW then the GX2 is probably not an option, it performs bad because that game hates multi GPU's. Choose either the 260 or 4870, and for Diablo3 it won't matter either way because Blizzard designs their games to run on ancient hardware.

Pretty much what don'tknow said. If you play WoW, don't get a dual GPU setup. I did, and got rid of it after about a week. Bought a GTX260, and love it.
