What System Agent PLL voltage does ?

In the bios is saying this:

System Agent PLL Voltage
Allows you to configure the offset for the System Agent PLL VCC Trim. The values
range from 0.900V to 1.845V at an interval of 0.015V.

But what exactly does ?

PLL (pase locked loop) can help stabilize an internal clock generator by raising or lowering this value. When it comes to the SA you really shouldn't need to adjust it.

Thanks yeah I see taht I messed up a bit, by mistake I raise that to 1.200v but was only for 5 minutes until I realized that wasant the VCCSA and I switch back to auto quickly. Should I be concerned about some damage for those 5 minutes ?

Here is some light info on PLL :)

-> 5 min @ 1.2v is not much as-long as you kept the CPU properly cooled. ->Not sure of your CPU though?? <- I've run up to 1.323v on my i7-6320 (3.9GHz) (AsRock z170 OCF) with Dry Ice to stabilize CPU/BLCK @135 (5.25GHz)
^ Just remember that you don't need to touch/adjust it, -> Unless you are benching/pushing it hard under sub-zero temps.

10700k with NH-D15 and anyway those 5 minutes have been practically at idle, just starting PC opening aida64 looking that wasant the VCCSA that I changed reebot and switch back on bios.

Ok thanks all for replays
