Classifieds, ebay would be a great start. Just ask for good pics and make sure you clean the day lights out of them. I never buy used but would for a silly side rig I would barely use. That's only if you don't want to pay lots.

I've never had a problem with used hardware. In fact since I've joined this forum, I'd say about 80% of all of my computers have been built with used parts from either here of [h] or XS. Including the WC parts.
