Which is the best RAM for an Asus M4A79t Deluxe? My budget is $130, These are some of the ones I saw.

u should kingstonhyperx! I use it and I swear by it. Out of those choices its ripjaw or corsair. DONT GET OCZ. they make terrible ddr3 ram

The second and third choices are the only two that are DDR3-1600 CL7 so for me it would have to be one of them. Considering the problems I've seen recently with G.Skill RAM and ASUS boards I'd go for the Corsair XMS.

Given an open choice I'd be tempted by the XMS RAM anyway. I like Corsair because I've never had any issues using it on my ASUS boards and most of my machines run ASUS ...

I plan on overclocking so will the corsair will be good for that?

If you mean overclocking your CPU the XMS should be fine.

If you mean overclocking your RAM that's a waste. Better to run slower speeds and tight timings than fast and loose. DDR3-1600 at CAS 7 is about as good as it gets for RAM performance at that price ...
