Which MSI seems better?

Which motherboard seems better for my AMD phenom II x4 955 with 4 gb of 1333 ripjaws?

For some odd reason, I have both and not sure which one to use.

The 870-G45, it allows for higher OC'd memory and it has 2 PCI-E 2.0 slots but they run at x16/x4.

Also it's made out of their military grade components, dunno if that's all bull-honky but my MSI board seems pretty sturdy. And it has the OC Genie button if you want a quick OC without messing around in the bios.

the 870-G45 for sure. Its a better mb and cheaper.
