Will this motherboard go with my processer and GFX card?

Hi, im starting to build my first computer will my geforce 7500gt graphics card fit into a asus P5Q PRO motherboard along with a intel quad core 2.4ghz processor 1006mhz and even though my processor is 65nm will the P5Q PRO support this as it only says 45nm. Thanks alot for your help

Will the video card work? As long as the card is PCIe, yes.
Will the processor work? Yes.
