Win10 Advanced boot options ?

I think i disabled safe mode somehow. Every time i try the advanced boot menu (shift+restart) the only option i get is UEFI which leads me to BIOS. I tried using DDU and it does a normal restart of Windows... Help ?

Tried it already, even the msconfig command is locked on the boot tab.

As i said above, only shows UEFI option - straight to BIOS.

If laptop, remove battery. Wait. Reconnect battery. Make sure you are holding the correct F key when booting.
If desktop, disconnect power cord. Wait...
